Eric E. Walker, 34, of 797 County Route 28, Lisbon, was ticketed for unlicensed operation of a vehicle at the 800 block of Lafayette Street at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday, Ogdensburg police said.

Christopher M. Sharpe, 21, of 4385 County Route 10, DePeyster, was ticketed for operating a vehicle with distorted or broken visibility and for having the driver’s side view of his vehicle obstructed at 5 p.m. Tuesday, city police said.

At 12:16 a.m. Wednesday on Route 37, city police charged Collin A. Chase, 18, of 237 County Route 43, Lot 25, Massena, for driving while impaired by marijuana. Police also arrested passenger Dylan J. Myers, 16, of 193 Allison Road, Waddington, for unlawful possession of marijuana. Mr. Chase was also ticketed for unlicensed operation and failure to keep right. Both were released on an appearance tickets.

Jeremy M. Hardcastle, 31, of 8 Pink School House Road, Pyrites, was arrested on a city court arrest warrant at 2:28 p.m. Wednesday for second-degree criminal contempt after he allegedly violated an order of protection, city police said. He was arraigned by Judge William R. Small and released on his own recognizance.

Trevor J.K. Todd, 24, of 315 Lafayette St., was arrested on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine or appear in court, city police said. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

Holly R. Weaver, 58, of Richville, was ticketed for speeding at 8:57 a.m. Wednesday on Ford Street, city police said.

Cora L. Martin, 40, of 10 Terrace Park Road, Morristown, was ticketed at 10:12 a.m. Wednesday for speeding, city police said.
