CONNOR PAQUIN CORRECTION
In an article featured in the sports section of the February 28th edition of the Daily Courier Observer, the statistics for Massena Central junior netminder Connor Paquin, who has backstopped the Raiders to consecutive Section 10 titles, were inaccurate.
The mainstay between the pipes for Massena again this winter, Paquin has amassed a .930 save percentage and 1.32 goals against average in 19 games. Following the win over Potsdam in the Section 10 final last Sunday, he was presented the WMSA Divsion I Goalie of the Year Award.
The Raiders will be hosting Monroe Woodbury of Section 9 in the first round of the New York State Division I tournament at the Massena Arena this Saturday starting at 7 p.m.
The sports staff apologizes for the error.
