AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Timothy D. Smith, 27, of Canton with second-degree aggravated harassment following an investigation into a complaint received at 7 p.m. Sunday from the town of Canton.



DWI - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Lesa A. Felix, 44, of Winthrop with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for speeding at 10:25 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop in state Route 420 in the town of Massena.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Cody J. Parker, 20, of Adams with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for failure to use designated lane at 8:40 a.m. Monday following a traffic stop in the town of Louisville.



CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MALONE - Malone-based state police reported Monday they had charged Ellen T. Miller, 53, of Brushton with second-degree criminal mischief on Feb. 19. The charge stemmed from an investigation into an incident reported at 10:07 p.m. Feb. 10 from the town of Malone.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Sunday. Among those were:

■ Randy L. Ashley, 48, of Massena at 12:22 p.m. on state Route 131, near Pontoon Bridge Road, in the town of Massena.

■ Jeffrey E. Lawrenz, 60, of Saranac and Kevin A. Beattie, 44, of Massena were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 5:05 p.m. on state Route 3 at state Route 190 in the town of Plattsburgh.

■ Keith P. Bryant, 39, of Redford at 7:04 p.m. on Route 11, near Elmer Road, in the town of Moira.
