UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Lukas W. Audycki, 19, of Bellevue, Wash., with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2 a.m. Friday on Market Street after he was reportedly found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Patience A. Robinson, 20, of Chaumont with disorderly conduct - unreasonable noise at 2:25 a.m. Friday on Market Street after she was observed yelling profanities.
HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Brian E. Davis, 24, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment at 10:25 a.m. Friday on Munson Street after receiving a report he had struck another person.
