HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Daniel J. Zimmerman, 23, of Potsdam with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment at 1:15 a.m. Sunday at Maxfields, Market Street. Police said patrols responded to Maxfields for a subject refusing to leave. Police said when they attempted to speak to Zimmerman, he pushed an Officer. He was released on an appearance ticket.
FALSE PERSONATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Rebecca A. Cruz, 24, of West Seneca with false personation at 1:35 a.m. Sunday at Maxfields, Market Street. Police said they responded to Maxfields for a subject refusing to leave, When the officer attempted to identify Cruz, she reportedly provided police with a false name and date of birth. She was released on an appearance ticket.
