GRAND LARCENY - PIERREPONT - An investigation into a larceny complaint reported at 1:10 a.m. Feb. 9 from the town of Pierrepont has led to the arrest of two Colton men. Canton-based state police charged Joseph E. Fisher, 44, and Jason Tallman, 45, with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal mischief. Fisher was charged Wednesday at 350 Leary Road in Colton and Tallman was charged Friday at 323 Leary Road, Colton.

The pair were allegedly observed attempting to drag a snowmobile away from the Canoe Place Bar & Restaurant in Pierrepont. Troopers said the snowmobile was registered to Bruce Donaldson, of Colton.
