CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MASSENA - Village police charged Casey D. McMillan, 24, of 312 Buckton Road, Winthrop, and Keith W. Snyder, 20, of 405 South Main St., Massena, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 2:35 a.m. Friday following the execution of a search warrant at 405 South Main St. Snyder was also charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Daniel Robert Tyo, Jr., 22, of 76 River Drive, Massena, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and spped not reasonable or prudent at 3:15 a.m. Friday following an incident on Grove Street near Cecil Avenue.

TRAFFICX CONTROL DEVICE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed C.A. Lashomb, 23, of Route 37, Massena, for illegally passing a traffic control device at 9:56 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Peter E. Porter, 20, of Akwesasne with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 9:10 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Main Street.
