CANTON - SUNY Canton recently recognized students who excelled academically during the fall 2012 semester.

“The college’s deans and I are very proud of these students,” Interim SUNY Canton President Carli C. Schiffner said. “They are demonstrating commitment to their education and it is my great pleasure to congratulate them on their success.”

To receive Dean’s List honors, full-time students must receive a GPA of 3.25. Part-Time Honors are awarded to students earning at least a 3.25 GPA on six to 11 credit hours.

Among the students who earned honors for academics were:

■ Dawn M. Clark, a SUNY Canton Early Childhood major from North Lawrence was named to the Dean’s List. Clark is a 1990 graduate of St. Lawrence Central.
