Lee C. Hurteau, 23, of 410 Deviller St., was arrested Tuesday at 2:10 p.m. on an Ogdensburg City Court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment. Ogdensburg police said they also arrested him on a city court bench warrant.

Kenny P. Wood, 33, of 6 Cold Springs Road, Lisbon, was arrested Tuesday at 11:58 a.m. on a city court arrest warrant for fourth-degree stalking, Ogdensburg police reported.

Peter F. Dutch, 40, of 524 Paterson St., was ticketed Tuesday at 10:59 a.m. on Ford Avenue for no brake lamp, city police said.
