PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Preston S. Premo, 23, of 2 Willow St., Apt. 4, Massena, with petit larceny at 4:23 p.m. Monday following an alleged petit larceny incident at Wal-Mart. No further information was available, police said.
