DWI - MASSENA - Village police charged Katrina G. Stephenson, 21, of 4 Highland Park, Massena, with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for failure to signal a turn at 12:03 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Andrews Street. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.12 percent. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes a driving while intoxicated charge.



OPEN CONTAINER - MASSENA - Village police charged Kevin W. Debiew, 20, of 1255 County Route 49, Winthrop, with an open container violation at 11:52 p.m. Saturday on Andrews Street.



HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged Amanda M. Terrance, 27, of 15 McCluskey Ave., Massena, with harassment Saturday morning. Police said Terrance was served with a criminal summons stemming from an investigation into an incident in the early morning hours of Oct. 20 outside Friar Tucks’s nightclub. Terrance alegedly punched Melissa Shampine in the head, knocker her on the ground twice and then threw her into her vehicle.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Chantelle M. Berube, 22, of 1449 state Route 420, Norfolk, and Samantha H. Larue, 21, of 13921 state Route 37, Massena, with petit larceny at 3:57 p.m. Saturday following an alleged shoplifting incident at Price Chopper. The two women reportedly shoplifted just under $50 worth of items, ranging from hair dye to candles.



HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged Margaret A. Perkins, 40, of 228 Barnhart Road, Massena, with harassment Saturday morning. Police said Perkins was served with a criminal summons stemming from an investigation into an altercation Sept. 2 at Friar Tuck’s nightclub. Perkins reportedly struck Hayley Bradley during that incident.



BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Matthew R. Williams, 23, of 140 Jefferson Ave., Massena, on a bench warrant for an alleged probation violation. Probation department officials sent a memorandum to the court dated Jan. 23 noting Williams had been sentenced to probation for three years on Jan. 25, 2012 for a fourth-degree criminal mischief conviction. Probation officials said Williams had failed to report to his probation officer on numerous dates in September, October and November. They said he contacted probation on Dec. 6 and was directed to report to the probation office the night. The memorandum said Williams did not report the following day and had no contact with probation since that time. He was arraigned by Massena Village Justice Eric J. Gustafson and was released on his own recognizance to reappear Tuesday in village court.



BAD CHECK - MASSENA - Village police charged Jessie D. Mousaw, 32, of 2228 state Route 420, Massena, with two counts of issuing a bad check Friday night. She allegedly wrote two checks, including one check for $216, on an account with insufficient funds, to Lasting Memories, a Main Street bridal shop. The bad checks were reported to police on Dec. 20.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Serena H. McLaughlin, 41, of 100 Water St., Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of as motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 9:29 p.m. Friday on Stephenville Road. She was also ticketed for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Maisie L. Bolster, 33, of 49 1/2 Maple St., Lot 14, Massena, for a stop sign violation at 4:23 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Brandi Lee Cardinell, 17, of 525 Hughes Road, Madrid, for a stop sign violation at 7:17 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Stephenville Road near Urban Drive.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Peter R. Castleman, 25, of Liverpool for speed in zone at 11:45 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on the South Raquette River Road.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Charles J. Beckstead, 53, of Daly Road, Massena, for speed in zone at noon Sunday following a traffic stop on the South Raquette River Road.



NO INSURANCE - MASSENA - Village police charged Aimee J. Barney, 39, of 7 Bicknell St., Norwood, with operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and operation of a motor vehicle without insurance at 10:54 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on state Route 37.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Corey R. Thomas, 22, of Route 11, North Bangor, for speed in zone at 11:05 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Route 37.



UNINSPECTED VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Joline A. Shoen, 36, of Massena for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 4:30 p.m. Thursday on Grove Street.
