NORWOOD—Arrangements for 82 year old Ann Ruff, a resident of the Highland Nursing Home in Massena and formerly of Norwood, are incomplete with the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood. Mrs. Ruff passed away late Sunday evening at the Massena Memorial Hospital. The Buck Funeral Home in Norwood is serving the family of Ann Ruff.
