Ogdensburg police were notified Friday at 1:49 p.m. that computer hardware valued at more than $200 was missing from a package for Jonathan Dionne, of Ottawa, upon its delivery to the UPS Store, Gateway Plaza, 2981 Ford St. Extension.

Marvin L. Garvey, 42, of 3921 Route 11, DeKalb Junction, was ticketed Friday at 12:39 a.m. on Spring Street for unlicensed operation and no stop lamp, city police said.

Brian M. McDonald, 22, of 344 Belmont Courts, was issued a summons Thursday at 9:39 p.m. on Jay Street for failure to stop at a stop sign, Ogdensburg police reported.

Michael C. Lalonde, 29, of 1116 Washington St., was ticketed Thursday at 11:56 a.m. on Ford Street for inadequate head lamp, city police said.
