Wesley A. Hughes, 18, of 105 Spring St., was arrested Tuesday at 12:57 p.m. on an Ogdensburg City Court arrest warrant for a charge of second-degree harassment. Ogdensburg police said the charge stemmed from an Aug. 30 domestic incident at his home.

John C.W. Borasky, 22, of 1106 Washington St., was arrested Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for a probation violation, city police reported. He was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail.

Jessica A. Rishe, of 124 Oak St., called Ogdensburg police Tuesday at 11:03 a.m. to report that several items were missing from her home. The items were unidentified, but police said their value was in excess of $200. The call has been classified as a larceny.

City police were notified Tuesday at 7:49 a.m. that a door and windows at the Washboard laundromat, 30 Lafayette St., were hit by BB pellets. Damage was estimated at $500.
