CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies have charged Sarah A. Cashman of 265-A Morley-Potsdam Road, Canton, with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an investigation into an incident that took place on New Year’s Day in the town of Potsdam. Deputies allege Cashman punctured a vehicle tire ona blue 2000 GMC Jimmy with a knife and also urinated on the front seat of the vehiclebelonging to a 25-year-oldfemale. Cashman was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 17 in Potsdam Town Court.
