PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Joseph W. McGregor, 26, 3 Church St., was charged with burglary and petit larceny by village police at 10:53 a.m. Monday.

McGregor allegedly stole the hard drive out of an Xbox 360 gaming console that was kept in a locked case at Walmart.

He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $250 cash.

GRAND LARCENY - MASSENA - Marcel O. Cox, 28, of 102 Tupper St., Moira, and Haley M. Wilcox, 25, of 777 Route 11, Moira, were charged with grand larceny by village police at 6:37 p.m. Sunday.

The pair allegedly stole a television and an Xbox 360 gaming console from Walmart.

Both were also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

They were taken to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $5,000 cash.
