BRASHER FALLS — A Potsdam man faces marijuana charges following a traffic stop on Route 11C.

Jason C. Habeck, 24, May Road, was arrested Wednesday after he was found in possession of more than 8 ounces of marijuana, state police said.

Mr. Habeck was charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and two vehicle and traffic violations.

He was released under probationary supervision and is to appear in Brasher Town Court.
