BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - Village police picked up Tammy L. Bass, 46, of Canton on a bench warrant at 11:30 p.m. Thursday at the Canton Police Department. The warrant had been issued after Bass failed to pay a fine in Potsdam Village Court. She was arraigned in village court and released.
