Massena: Jean M. Smith, 76, of West Ave. passed away on Dec. 18, 2012 at Fletcher Alan Medical Center in Burlington, VT. She was the widow of John “Jack” B. Smith. Jean was a Music Teacher retiring from St. Lawrence Central. Arrangements are under the direction of Phillips Memorial Home in Massena.
