UNDERAGE ALCOHOL COUNTS - POTSDAM - Village police charged the Delta Tau Tau fraternity, 74 Elm St., with five counts of giving/selling alcohol to persons under the age of 21 Tuesday afternoon following an investigation into several incidents that reportedly took place in February. Michael C. Wren, president of Delta Tau Tau, was served an appearance ticket on behalf of Delta Tau Tau.
