AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - BUCKTON - Winthrop-based state police charged Gary C. Roberts, 72, of 214 Haack Rd., Winthrop, with second-degree aggravated harassment after he allegedly made three calls in 2 minutes to the victim in the town of Stockholm. The messages had Eagles song "Heartache Tonight" with the lyrics, "Somebody's gonna hurt someone before the night is through" played each time. The victim found this action alarming. Roberts was arraigned by Norfolk Town Justice Donald Lustyik and sent to the St. Lawrence County Corectonal Facility with bail set at $250.
